Our barge - L'Etoile

We took great pride in preserving and respecting the graceful, traditional lines of L'Etoile.

L'Etoile has been built in 1889. This classic Dutch passenger barge has been converted to today's standards of comfort. Her cozy atmosphere will make you feel immediately at home.

Her beauty is in the details.

Dimensions: 111 ft. long, 15.8 ft. beam

L'Etoile can accommodate a maximum of eight guests in four cabins.

For your enjoyment, we have bicycles, fishing rods, satellite flat screen TV, a region-free dvd player, an Ipod docking station and a home entertainment system.

E-mail facilities are available. Guided tours are given in an air-conditioned Mercedes van.

This barge is owner-operated. The crew is multi-lingual. They speak fluent English, but if you wish, will speak French with you.

On deck there is comfortable seating as well as a plunge pool for cooling off. The barge is fully air-conditioned.

L'Etoile has two bedrooms with king-size beds, one bedroom with a double bed, and one twin cabin, each with their own full bathroom. All cabins are uniquely decorated, light and airy, each with opening skylight and portholes. There is ample storage. The barge provides hairdryers.

L'Estello has been built in 1937. This classic Dutch passenger barge has been converted to today's standards of comfort. Her inviting atmosphere will make you feel immediately comfortable.

Dimensions: 128 ft. long, 17 ft. beam

L'Estello can accommodate a maximum of twenty guests in ten cabins.

For your enjoyment, we have bicycles, fishing rods, an Ipod docking station and a home entertainment system.

L'Estello has ten bedrooms. Nine bedrooms have twin beds, one bedroom has a double bed, each with their own full bathroom. The average cabin size is 72 sq fr. All cabins have air-condioning. There is ample storage. The barge provides hairdryers.
